Software Management: I have a solid track record with major platforms like Microsoft AD, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365, ensuring these systems are optimally configured to serve your business needs.
Hardware Expertise: My hands-on experience extends to setting up and maintaining robust hardware solutions. This ranges from essential workstation setups and phone systems to PXE servers and onsite Linux-based self-hosted UniFi controllers.
Advanced System Support: Beyond basic setups, I tackle challenges involving sophisticated IT infrastructure, including managing VEEAM backups and Hyper-V systems. My approach ensures that both your data protection and virtualization needs are met with precision and reliability.
Network Solutions: Experienced with both setup and troubleshooting of networks using Ubiquiti-UniFi and some work with Fortigate Firewalls.
Leadership: In my current role, I manage a technician and oversee our budget, ensuring we stay on target with our objectives.
Additional Experience
